"Support got back to me really quick :)"
I had a question about my order and their customer service team got back to me fast, which I appreciated! It wasn’t all sorted out right away, but they kept me in the loop and were super polite the whole time. Overall, it was a good experience and I’d definitely use them again :)

"Solid value by my standards"
I’m usually picky about what I consider worth the money, but this was a pleasant surprise. The price felt fair, and the quality was better than I expected for a shop like this. For what I paid, I’m happy with it.

"Delivery let me down"
My order showed up late and I didn’t get any updates along the way. It’s frustrating because I was counting on it, and now I’m not sure I’d trust the delivery timing next time...

"Feels a bit cheap for what they’re charging"
I wore it and it’s okay, but the fabric definitely feels cheaper than I expected. It’s not unwearable or anything, but it doesn’t feel right to charge this much for something that seems so low quality.

I was really excited to get my order, and the item itself turned out to be just fine once it arrived. That said, the shipping took way longer than expected, and I didn’t get any updates along the way, which was frustrating. I’m glad it finally showed up, but better communication would have made the experience a lot smoother

"Tracking barely updated, but it did arrive"
I did get my package eventually, but the tracking didn’t update for days and I had no idea what was happening. I felt kind of stupid for trusting them because I kept checking and getting nothing. It wasn’t the worst experience since the order did show up, but it was definitely more stressful than it needed to be.

I paid with my card and everything went through without any strange issues. The checkout was easy enough, and the payment page looked secure, which is more than I can say for some sites that feel a little careless with that stuff. I got the order confirmation email right away too. Taking off one star just because I would’ve liked a few more payment options.

"The site itself is easy..."
The site itself is easy to browse and I did find a few things I really liked. The problem was that most of them were either completely sold out or only available in one random size. I checked back a couple of times hoping they’d restock, but nothing really changed. It’s a bit frustrating when items still show up like they’re available, only to find out you can’t actually buy them. I liked the style of the products, but I’m not sure I’d bother checking again unless the stock is better.

Had a small issue with my order. Nothing major, but still annoying. I emailed them and, they replied faster than I expected. Got it sorted without a bunch of back and forth. It did take one extra day in the end, but not a big deal. Overall, good customer service.

"Honestly feel stupid for trusting them"
The stuff looked nice at first, so I figured it would be worth the price, but once I got my order, it just didn’t feel worth it at all. The prices were already high, and then shipping made it even worse. I don’t mind paying more when the quality matches, but this felt unfair. i feel kind of stupid for trusting them and ordering in the first place. I probably won’t buy again unless there’s a huge sale

"Relieved everything was right"
I got exactly what I ordered, including the right sizes and colors shown online. I’m always a little worried about something being missing or ending up with the wrong item and having to deal with returns, but everything was in the parcel. No wasted money or hassle, so I’m happy with it.

I was disappointed because the item looked way different in person than it did in the photos. I picked it out thinking it would fit well with something similar I already have, but it just wasn’t like the pictures at all

"Holding up well, but I’m keeping an eye on the zipper"
I bought a jacket from Bleak Boutique a couple months back and I’ve been wearing it regularly. So far, it’s held up better than I expected. The fabric still feels sturdy and I haven’t noticed any stitching coming loose, which is a relief because I’m always a little wary about clothes falling apart after a few wears. The zipper does get a bit stiff now and then, so I’m careful with it, but it hasn’t been a major issue. Overall, I’m happy with it and would probably give it 4 stars

"Showed up on time, but the packaging made me nervous"
My order did arrive on time, so I’ll give them that. But when I saw the box, I got a little worried. It was crushed up and the tape was barely holding on, which didn’t exactly make me feel great after already paying for it. The item itself ended up being okay, thankfully, but the packaging felt really cheap and kind of careless.

The exchange process was straightforward overall, which I appreciated. The only downside was that the replies were a little slower than I think they should’ve been. Still, everything got sorted in the end, so I’d say it was an okay experience for the value.
